The Pattonville High School varsity girls soccer team earned a third-place win in the Class 3 state soccer championship game on Saturday, June 6. The Pirates team earned a spot in the state championship games at the Anheuser-Busch Center in Fenton after defeating Cor Jesu 3-2 on Saturday, May 30. The team lost 4-0 against nationally ranked Lee's Summit North on Friday, June 5, but won the third-place game against Glendale High School with a score of 4-1. The girls soccer team is coached by Tom Iffrig. The team finished its season with 23-5 record.
