Pattonville Artists in Young Artists Exhibit at Lindenwood

Thirteen students and four teachers from Pattonville High School were selected to have their artwork displayed at the Young Artists and Their Teachers 2009 Exhibition at Lindenwood University. The exhibit features artwork by top area art students, displayed alongside their art teachers.  The exhibit will be on display through Dec. 13 at the J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts on the campus of Lindenwood University.

Regular gallery hours are from noon to 8 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.  An opening reception will be held from noon to 2 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 22, with awards given at 1 p.m. at the gallery.
What follows is a list of students with art on display and the type of art they submitted: Jamey Dillon - painting, Madison Emerick - painting, Christen Baker - painting and reduction print, Brian Gibson - drawing, Nallely Mejia - painting and drawing, Melanie Pailer - drawing and digital design, Chris Sim - painting, Josh Redensek - painting, Anastasia Yemchuk - painting, Allie Jennings - ceramics, Kiara Ollison - digital design, Lora Hakanson - digital design, and Lindsey Harrah - digital design.

Art faculty from Pattonville High School with a piece each in the show are: Kelli Dornfeld - photograph, Scott Fader - ceramics, Cheryl Niehaus - painting, and Beth Kathriner - painting.
